The Diffractor software application is governed by its own End User License Agreement.
All software and accompanying documentation made available for download from this web site is subject to the terms and conditions contained within the software and documentation. By installing the software, you agree to be bound to the terms and conditions of the End User License Agreement contained within the software. Privacy Statement
Diffractor is committed to protecting your privacy. Customer information is not sold or traded.
The Diffractor application sends diagnostics information when it crashes. This may contain information about your system. An effort has been made to make diagnostic data anonymous. Diagnostics can be disabled in options. Diagnostic data is never kept longer than 30 days.
The Diffractor application automatically updates itself. To accomplish this, it interacts with web services on diffractor.com. It downloads a new app version to your computer when available. Updates can be disabled in options.
Payments collected via PayPal are covered by their own agreements.
User Data Deletion
Uninstalling the Diffractor app will remove all cached user data. Diffractor stores no user data online. No photos or videos are uploaded. Cached thumbnails and metadata are stored in a local file C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Diffractor\diffractor-cache.db

The Diffractor website tries hard not to use cookies. If you see any, let me know.
